FORMATION
TOOLS

All the punching tools are made of high-speed steel (HSS), which is especially durable in extreme working conditions. Tools are supplied directly from the manufacturer, which guarantees quick delivery, high quality of tools and high performance. The tools are being used to form holes in various diameters and forms. Special tools system is createdfor these tools which allows to assemble and prepare the tool for work in order to save working time.

Hole formation possibilities

The assortment of tools used by Metaco: tools for forming round, rectangular, square holes and also assembled punches. Round punching tools comes in different diameters from 0,5 mm to 76,2 mm. Non standard hole forming possibilities are also available. Since the tools are supplied straight from manufacturer, various hole forms solutions can be offered according to client‘s needs. Using these tools the hole are being formed in steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheets. Steel thickness depends on client‘s needs, but maximum thickness is 8 mm for steel and aluminum and 5 mm for stainless steel.
